THE ORIGIN OF ALPHABET

Before Google, before Android, there was a company focused on one basic goal: to organize the world's information and make it universally available. Founded in 1997 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin while studying at Stanford University, Alphabet was initially known as BackRub. That reflected their early focus on ranking web pages based on the volume o
